November 2009 Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 12:00 noon by President Tim Gregory.
Introduction of new members and four new members, welcome Larry Kilbury, Betty Orley , Jack Turin, and Carl Rossner. We had a record number with 28 members in attendance.

September  meeting minutes were read and approved.
Anyone wishing to post anything on the website is to contact Tim Fitch.
Hank Kingston is taking orders for Titrate kits , the cost is $9.90 per kit. These kits measure the amount of SO2 gas in wines. If anyone has any questions on how to use these don’t hesitate to ask.
A motion was made and 2nd for the purchase of a Paper Chromatography kit to measure malolatic fermentation, the cost for the kit is in the $50.00 range.
A motion was made and 2nd to have Ken Beard research the cost of a stainless steel fermenter to be  used to make a club wine.
Terry Chrzan announced the 2010 New York State Wine Committee Seminar will be held on Aug. 14th.
